How quickly can you come to the office for a repair?
Same day if it’s an emergency, but usually within 1-2 business days.
What is your hourly rate for repair services?
$225/hour. We’ll bill in 1/2 hour increments and if we can’t fix the problem, you’re not getting billed. Parts are not included in the hourly rate.
What areas do you cover?
Happy to travel all over the bay area, but Solano/Napa counties will have the quickest response.
