How do I book an consultation?

Send us an email, use the message form or call the number! We’ll get you booked.

What times do you schedule consultations?

Depends on your schedule! We’ll also offer Saturday and Sunday appointments for special requests.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment.

Can I change my appointment?

Absolutely! As long as it’s within the 10 business day window, you’ll be refunded the deposit as well.

How long is the consultation?

The standard window is 2 hours. First hour is spent evaluating equipment. Second hour is training and organizing.

How many handpieces/operatories are evaluated?

The basic package includes up to 3 operatories, 9 high speeds, 9 slow speeds, 3 motors.

Will you be doing repairs during the consultation?

No. Some repairs can be completed directly before or after the consult, but we’ll need to know in advance! Most recommended repairs will be scheduled for another day. Please reach out and we can coordinate effectively.

What is your hourly rate for repair services?

$225/hour. We’ll bill in 1/2 hour increments and if we can’t fix the problem, you’re not getting billed. Parts are not included in the hourly rate.

Do you offer CE credit?

No. The information we provide is worth much more than a CE credit!

Will we receive a copy the evaluation?

YES! All the information collected will be emailed. This includes: models, serial numbers and recommendations.
